Cogniquix Operational workspace

Operational workspace

Run the everyday work of your company in one place

Cogniquix is a hosted operational workspace where small and mid-sized companies keep the daily work of their teams together: project workspaces, team conversations, timekeeping, a people directory, and assistants that carry routine steps for you.

Four pillars

One calm surface for the work that repeats

Most growing companies do not suffer from a lack of effort. They suffer from work that lives in five different places at once. A task is agreed in one conversation, its owner is noted in a directory somewhere else, the hours spent on it are tracked on a third sheet, and the context is buried in a thread nobody can find a week later. Cogniquix was designed for exactly that situation.

The workspace gathers the four pillars of everyday coordination into a single, quiet interface. Project workspaces hold the plan and its history. Team conversations keep decisions and context next to the work they concern. Timekeeping records where the hours went without turning it into a chore. The people directory gives every teammate a clear, current profile. Nothing shouts for attention, and nothing important is hidden.

Project workspaces

Plans, tasks, owners and history kept in one tidy place, with a clear sense of what is next.

Team conversations

Discussion that stays attached to the work it concerns, so context does not get lost.

Timekeeping

Lightweight records of where the hours went, entered in seconds and easy to review.

People directory

A current profile for every teammate, with roles, teams and the work they own.

Assistants

Help with the routine, not with the judgement

Assistants inside Cogniquix are deliberately modest in their ambition. They summarise long conversations, draft a status update from the work already recorded, tidy a task list, or remind a team about a step that has been waiting. They do not replace the people who make decisions, and they never act on the outside world without a person confirming the step.

That restraint is a design choice rather than a limitation. The value of an assistant in a busy company is measured in the minutes it returns each day, not in the drama it creates. When a routine step is well understood, you can also turn it into an automation: a small, visible rule that runs when a condition is met, and reports back when it is done.

Connections

Works with the services your team already uses

Teams rarely start from nothing. Cogniquix connects to the services already in use across the business so that work does not have to be copied by hand. A new project can announce itself in a chat channel, a completed task can update a shared calendar, and a directory change can flow into the places that depend on it. Connections are configured by an administrator and can be switched off at any time.

Because everything lives in one hosted workspace, onboarding a new colleague is a matter of inviting them and setting their role. There is no lengthy set-up ritual, and there is nothing to maintain on a personal device.

Where to go next

Start with the part that hurts most

Some teams arrive because their project tracking has drifted. Others come because conversations and decisions keep slipping out of sight. You do not need to move everything on the first day. Read the overview to see how the four pillars fit together, look at the pages for each pillar, and then check the plans to find a sensible starting point for the size of your company.
