It helps if your note mentions the size of your company, the teams involved, and the part of the work you find hardest to keep in step. That is usually enough for us to give a useful reply rather than a general one. We keep every enquiry confidential and we do not add your details to any list you did not ask for.

How we handle your note
Your message arrives with a small team, not a ticket queue. A colleague reads it, decides who is best placed to answer, and replies directly. For general enquiries about the workspace, that is usually someone who knows the product well. For matters of data, legal questions or accessibility, your note goes to the colleague responsible for that area, so that you hear from a person who can actually help.
We keep every enquiry confidential, and we use your details only to answer you, as set out in our Privacy Policy. We do not add you to a list you did not ask for, and we do not pass your note to anyone outside Cogniquix.
