Cogniquix is offered on simple plans priced per person, each month. Every plan includes the four pillars of the workspace, and larger plans add more assistants, more connections and more administrative control.

Choose the size that fits your team
We keep plans few and their differences plain, so that a decision does not require a study. Every plan includes projects, conversations, timekeeping and the people directory, with secure sign-in and regular backups. Higher plans add more assistant capacity, additional connections, and finer control for administrators. Prices below are per person, per month, and there are no long-term commitments.

The Team plan covers the essential pillars for a single group. The Company plan adds more assistant capacity and connections, and is where most growing businesses settle. Company Plus adds finer administrative controls and priority help for organisations that need them. You can change plan as your team grows.

What is included
All plans include secure roles and permissions, single sign-on, regular backups, and a clear path to export your company's data should you ever leave. Assistants are included on every plan, with more capacity on the higher tiers. Connections to other services are included, with additional connections on the Company plans.
We do not ask for a long commitment, and we do not hide additional charges in the small print. If you would like the detail behind any plan, ask us and we will send it in plain language.
Choosing
How teams usually decide
If you are unsure where to start, the question to ask is simple: how many teams need to work together in the same view? A single team finding its feet is comfortable on the Team plan. A company where several teams depend on one another, and where a little automation would remove real chores, usually settles on the Company plan. Larger organisations that want finer administrative control, and priority help, tend to choose Company Plus.
There is no penalty for beginning smaller than you need, and no difficulty in moving up when the time comes. We would rather you start with the plainest plan that works and add capacity when the workspace has earned it, than begin with more than your team will use.
What we do not do
No hidden extras
We do not stage the workspace so that you must buy your way to basic functions. The four pillars are present on every plan, and secure roles, single sign-on and regular backups come as standard. The higher plans add capacity and control, not the essentials. You will not discover that a core part of the workspace was held back for a tier you did not choose.
